Quality assurance is the final production stage that protects a campaign from broken assets, rejected ZIP files, incorrect links, inconsistent copy, and avoidable trafficking delays.
Visual QA
- Logo, product, headline, offer, CTA, and legal copy match the approved design.
- Nothing is cropped unexpectedly or positioned outside the ad boundary.
- Text remains readable at actual size.
- Image quality is appropriate without unnecessary weight.
- Final frame communicates the brand and action clearly.
- All sizes feel like one campaign.
Animation QA
- Sequence follows the approved storyboard.
- Animation begins and ends cleanly.
- Timing gives users enough time to read.
- Loops and replay behavior match the brief.
- No rapid flashing or distracting movement.
- Reduced or simplified animation in small sizes still communicates the message.
Technical QA
- HTML entry file opens without console errors.
- Dimensions and size metadata are correct.
- All assets use valid relative paths.
- No development, source, or hidden system files remain in the ZIP.
- Package and loaded weights meet specification.
- Fonts render correctly.
- Video or audio controls meet platform rules when used.
Click and exit QA
- The expected clickable area responds.
- clickTag or exit implementation matches the platform.
- Every exit opens the intended destination or placeholder.
- Target behavior is correct.
- Click actions do not trigger during unrelated interaction.
Platform QA
- The exact delivery ZIP passes the relevant validator.
- The correct Google Web Designer environment is used when applicable.
- Publisher-specific rules are checked.
- Backup image and naming requirements are complete.
- A preview or test upload is reviewed where possible.
Delivery QA
- Every size and version in the scope is present.
- File names are consistent.
- Source files, backup images, and preview link are included if purchased.
- Version notes identify any exceptions.
- The final delivery contains no obsolete files.
